S.O.A.R. Tickets and Store

S.O.A.R. tickets are used to recognize and foster positive student behaviors. When a staff member gives a S.O.A.R. Ticket to a student, they also explain to the student what positive behaviors they are exemplifying to earn the S.O.A.R. Ticket. This system helps cultivate and reinforce positive behaviors at McClintock STEM Elementary.

McClintock STEM Elementary provides a S.O.A.R. Store for students to purchase items or experiences with their S.O.A.R. Tickets. The S.O.A.R. Store offers various items like stress balls, squishes, pop-it bracelets, pencils, erasers, sticky hands, etc. In addition to these items, students are able to purchase "experiences" such as Lunch Bunch with Mr. Raab, Games with Mrs. Flajole, Name on the Reader Board, Shout-Out on the Announcements, Reading a Book in another Classroom, etc.
