Pacific Science Center-Science on Wheels Visits McClintock
McClintock PTO brought in Pacific Science Center (PSC) - Science on Wheels: Blood and Guts on October 9th and 10th for our Owls.
We kicked off the first day with an assembly where our Owls got to see demonstrations of how our body functions. Students observed how our lungs inflate, how long our intestines are, and a simulation of how our digestive system works.
In addition to the school assembly, Owls had a blast learning about various classroom presentations like "Creature Feature," "Bone Zone," "Visual Eyes," and more! Our Owls also got an opportunity to visit the school gym where PSC set-up interactive pop-up exhibits on human biology where students were able to analyze x-rays, assemble skeletons, and so much more.
Thank you McClintock PTO for giving our Owls such an amazing learning experience!
